There have been too many stupid reason why rider has canceled booking before but most rrason is because rider has no empathy. the moment they see driver stop moving nore than 1 minute they will press cancel.Īlso sometimes they are blank area that have no cellphone reception so if either rider or driver has bad signal they will see driver arriving in 2 minutes then suddenly 40 minutes the moment driver entered that fark zone and when rider saw this they immediately cancel. Actually this regulation is enforced because there are rider who doesn't know that traffic light exists and some traffiv light shows red for 3 minutes and more.
